Pavilion Reservation
To make a reservation for the pavilion, use the calendar at the bottom of the page.
Please note the following:
We operate on “first come, first serve” basis.
There are only 3 blocks available each day (4 hours each) to reserve. If you need more than 4 hours, please reserve the extra slots as you need.
We require a $50 refundable cleaning deposit when booking the room. If the room is found clean when you leave, the deposit will be returned to you. If it isn’t cleaned, the $50 will be used to hire a contractor to clean the room.
After booking the room, please make a check out to Johnson Run HOA for $50 and bring it to 3115 McCall Blvd (you can leave it in the front screen door is nobody is home)
Once the check is received you will be emailed the code to the Kitchen Door. This code will change often so you will may receive different codes each time you book the room.
